During the first semester 2013, the eBusiness area of Edisfera has expanded, due to the development of various projects in the field of CRM and DB development.
Projects for updating databases of customers/retailers, data normalization, online subscription forms to newsletter with data validation and compliancy to the Italian Privacy regulation, online subscription to rewards programs and management of the accumulated points and statement issuing.
These are the main projects realized by Edisfera this year during the first semester to support some of the activities of Shiseido Cosmetici Italia and Avis Budget Italia (marketing and CRM departments). Thus, Edisfera specializes even further in the development of online tools capable of managing customer’s marketing databases in an automatic and efficient way.
"Our goal was to meet the needs of our customers through the development of solutions able to support them during CRM initiatives. In addition, we paid particular attention to satisfy the need for building databases of customers / retailers, and managing customer loyalty campaigns" says Gaspare Carrani, General Manager at Edisfera. "In particular, we have created an online solution (which can be integrated on any website) to collect customers personal data while they are registering to events, training courses, campaigns that offer free samples or gadgets, online services. And all this, keeping in mind the Italian Privacy regulation”.
This solution is backed up by a careful work of classification, storing, management and updating of the customer/retailer database with special care for the emailing list to which convey promotional and commercial communications.
